What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

At last I have some dates ...
Decree Nisi 23rd Jan
absolute then March 6th.

So few assets we're going to offer him my share in the company for the house.
And he pays the £750 court costs at the end of it all.

I end up with thousands in debt but hey!

Feel relieved ... :silly::P
