What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

As far as I can see, December 8 is the date I would aim at, but that brings us within reach of Christmas menus.

Mussi''s had one problem. Namely, they wanted payment upfront. I did not think that acceptable, as it would inevitably breach confidentiality and it would mean that someone would have to pay £100 out of his or her own pocket.

I have been looking at another restaurant which would want us to pre-order. But that, possibly, is not so difficult. It is possible to order under your username.

At the moment I am all right for the 8th but the wiki team are aware that I have a personal problem and depending on the way things turn out, I may find it necessary to go to America once again. But right now, the chances are that I will be in the UK.
