Hello book club...

I am new and I have introduced myself here

www.wikivorce.com/divorce/Divorce-Advice...ping-mum.html#186745

I am looking a book for my mum to help her understand practically and emotionally about divorce. She is 63 and if she goes ahead with it its going to be a massive shock to the system.

She often says she is too old but what sort of life is living with your cheating husband for 15 years?

It's your mum's choice whether or not to divorce. Your local library will have a selection of books about divorce. In addition, her local Citizens Advice Bureau can help as can people on this site.

After a long marriage the starting point would be to divide all the marital assets, including house and pension 50:50 but if your mum earns less than your dad and has a smaller pension she would probably be able to get a larger share.
