I took this book on holiday with me and have just finished!

The book chronicles the author's journey through separation, divorce and all the personal battles and triumphs in between (anti depressants and all!!). As she stumbles her way through; she travels to Italy, India and Indonesia (all right for some!!!) for abit of self discovery: which she shares with us, as there is plenty of food for thought!

I recommend this book to anyone who would like to read about another's personal journey through divorce, as it's a true and often times very humorous account of this.

As the name suggests there are aspects of religion namely hinduism and meditation, which are discussed as the author chronicles her very own experiences... Dont let this put you off though as there is a VERY happy ending and making of some very fantastic friends! (I've already made some on wiki!!! :silly: )

(Apologies if somebody has already put this up)

pia,

My friend, thank you. I am always on the look out for a good read and as I am going on holiday soon, I will make sure it goes in the case. I know it has been recently made into a film, but they are never as good as the book, so I will read first then catch the film when I get back.

Cheers FoS x

Hiya FoS!

How you doing? Honestly speaking I haven't seen the movie either yet-but I'm glad I read the book first, cos films usually chop bits out of the story don't they?

I hope you enjoy it and I really hope you have an excellent holiday!!!!!!
Let's compare notes on favourite bits when you get back?

Xx
