I go through phases of not being able to concentrate at work for thinkng about what is going on with the divorce and it's associated gubbins. My work isnt that interesting anyway, but has anybody got any good tips on howto remain focused?
You could try writing "to do" list each moring, making it as acheivable as possible for you, ie, realistic. when you have complered each task, cross it off your list, thus you are then able to see your acheivements clearly.

unfortunately I suffered so badly with this throught the breakup in February i lost my job in March at my year end review, i had to sign a non disclosure agreement to get a severance pay which I'm still waiting foR, and am going to see a solicitor today - it's a long story that includes deep clinical depression.
it's taken a very long time just to get to see a counsellor - let alone over 4 months to get my x2b to a mediation meeting to agree to access to my toddler. no answers here sorry.
