IAm,

Nice to chat with you earlier on - saw your post on the way out and popped in to read it.

Staccato message as it's late mate.

Been there 4.5 stone went, since put back 0.5 stone, ate to survive, forcing that mechanical process onto myself.

I didn't know about Wiki then, but I hope we can do something for you Iam. Come and talk and spill your worries out, mate you WILL get worse and you WILL get better, both in cycles - the thing to remember is that the end of your marriage is not the end of everything, it is the beginning of a new life and the birth of this new life is a painful experience.

Bit just as we now cannot remember the pain of our birth, the aches of divorce will fade with time - trust me on this one mate- no matter how impossible and unnatural that may seem now (it did to me too!) it will happen.

Chin up and keep that sanity score high!

YA

Most of the time I can't even see the tunnel let alone the light and you know as I do that there are tons of folks out there feeling the same way. You also know from what you say that you will get stronger and eventually there will be a glimmer of light. Don't try and look too far forward but keep on going forwards and we'll help you along the way as you help us.

dioralite its a pleasnt drink and re-hydrates you
try eat a little fish like slamon and tuna mackeral
get positive meditaion cds
and talk you friends get a councillor at the docs
write it all down on paper talk to friends till your blue in the face! and bored talking about it? Get It All OUT.

go for walks in the green countryside for healing
say positive affirmations 3 times a day everydaylike everyday in every way im getting better and better and programme your mind to think positive if you think negative all the time you are actually programming your mind that way?
So do the opposite?

oh? and beware of anti-depressants??
They are not good for a lot of people and can make things even worse?
They have side affects then they give you other pills for the side affects??
Its a slippery downhill slope??
I would try natural remedies first!
Go to the health shop and buy,5-HTP its a natural remedy that works and and not as toxic as doctors pills
ask their advice and look up natural remedies and find a good natrupath
they heal the spiritual and physical
love and light

Ha Johny five you sound like old Frank Spencer ("every day in every way..") remember?

But seriously, health is something that does take a battering in these matters, not just emotions. Please, please leave off the alcohol if you are not eating properly, you could do serious damage. It is awful that we all, most of use, reach for the bottle at first, but as everyone tells you it WILL pass, and it is true you do ask after, why the heck should THAT person make me feel that way, then your feelings change, albeit slowly, but they will.

I used to look at women whose husbands left them, and they were stones lighter, dollied themselves up, new hairstyle,
and think, oh they must have wanted rid of hubby to get this new life or whatever. But no, When my OH went, I lost 3 stone, was forced into having to buy new clothes, and had to get my hair done because i then started to look like a scarecrow, and for the first time in 25yrs I actually like myself and wouldnt go back to the old me. Chin up, you will feel better in time.

Joy xx
