I have felt so crap for a good eight months ...at an all time low this week. Thank goodness for this site.. i can vent my frustrations etc instead of sinking to an all time low..... thank you all. tomorrow i may wake (if i getsleep) feeling like my world is again at an end but hopefully i shall return here and feel im not alone and not as useless as a fear... thank you all this site is a welcome distraction if not a saviour xx

Hi Wasolsangel,

I know you have found the chatroom cos I spoke to you yesterday.

Did you know there was a blog section too where you can keep your own kind of on-line diary to share with people.

It will help you and others reading them seeing how over the coming weeks/months how hopefully your feelings change from hurt, worry, regret, frustration and uncertainty through to realisation, understanding, control, coping and hope.

On wiki, there is no need to make a long and perilous journey by yourself.

no your not alone, and thats the best thing about here..
family and friends help so much they really do but wiki is simply the best place to be when your down....you can write away, chat away and it helps so much...

ive gone through a bad patch again of late, and i always come to wiki....its like an anti depressant...

i guess we all take each day as it comes, take the rough with the smooth..

acceptance of feelings and emotions play a huge part in life as we currently know it....its hard, lonely, frighening but one day we will look back on this period of our lives and hopefully think we've came out the other side ok...

tell me about it. ive had SO many days like that. lunkily for me i have a good froend who is down to earth and a s2b divorcee himself, who is great for emotional and physical support.
my bad days got to the point of not eating, not getting out of bed even for a smoke (i wont smoke in bed), and very nasty thoughts. lucky with support on here and from friends when i fianlly fealt ready to tell them how bad i been.
basically what im saying is ive been there and with help im out f the hard times. yes i dare say ill still a few bad days but thet are now the minority not the majority
