the issue of belongings has reached the level of utter madness.I'm actually physically wanting to be sick!!
my x (still in mh) has earmarked everything I own ,that is personal to me he's labelled as household items.everything that is his is his.he's even stating my walking elbow crutch isn't mine.all my personal nic nacs around the house he states are household even my dressmaking materials and personal books for my own hobby he states are household.
I'm really scared today as have the weekend here on my own HERE and he's spoiling for a fight..I can tell.last night I avoided going downstairs at all because he left the door open so that he would see me if I was downstairs.
How can this terrorizing be allowed to happen?
Today, I'm a broken person, can't stop crying, wish it would just end.I haven't cried for 11 months but I've reached my limit of endurance.it's like living with a nutcase and no escape.someone please help me with some advice..I'M PRETTY DESPERATE.

Try to stay calm. He can ear mark things all he wants but that doesn't mean they are going to be his. You must not react to his bullying if he's spoiling for a fight just stay out of his way at the moment. Is there any way you can stay at a friends this weekend?

If there is any violence or threat of it call the police and get him removed.

Take care

Topaz, reading what you say I'd love to put my arms around you and give you a hug !

I'm sure you know that his behaviour would entitle you to ask for a non-molestation order or an occupation order, but
I'm sorry, I'm not in practice and can't help you get one.

The very best of luck. How low can some people get ?

Mike

Im sorry, I have no practical support to offer, just lots of hugs.

BRM's suggestion of staying with a friend this weekend is a good one, is that a possibility?

Ruby xxxx

I have nowhere to go,all my family live up north and I am disabled and my walking capabilities is nil at the moment ,few steps only.basically trapped with this nutter!I've managed to keep it together for 11 months but this has crucified me.I've even accepted his settlement offer to just end it as cannot tolerate any more of his intimidation and threats, x doesn't know that yet.thought I'd succeeded in not letting him get to me but he has after all this time.sorry but can't see past this at the moment.
I tried to speak to a mutual friend earlier (as was) to see if he could maybe get my x to let it go and deal with it all using common sense but the usual happened...I'll get back to you and never did.should have known better but grasping at straws now to end this mess.

thankd mike, i'll phone my sol when he returns from his lunch and try again to get him to apply for a non mol/occupation order and get him out so that at least I can get some time to unwind from his ongoing vendetta. The only trouble was the fees they were £3000 pounds I cant afford and dont really have at hand.but then I can't live like this any more.will let you know.thanks.
