Six days into seperation; I was still coiled up feotally; crying and inconsolable.

Six weeks in; I was still distraught; pointless; inconsolable, going through the motions of 'pretending' to be having fun.

Six months in, I realised I wasn't getting better; saw a councillor (briefly) saw my Doctor, (no help whatsoever).

Now, one YEAR post separartion; I am returned to my normal, bright, sassy, intelligent self. I'm really looking forward to being Divorced; and getting on with the rest of my life.

Give yourself a bit more time, six months is not long, and it's totally understandable that you feel this way; especially if you've had a history of depression. Keep up with the counselling.

Post here! (You're amongst many like-minded lost souls!)

Good luck,
