I''m approaching week 8 in a similar situation - OW is 19 years younger than me (and still living at home with her husband, poor sap). And I have lost 22lbs. I''m lucky that I have a full time job that gets me out the door every morning (despite wanting to crawl into a hole). My son told me to see the doctor because he thinks my hormone levels must be out of whack as I''m "angry all the time". Love him ...

A friend advised getting some multi vitamins. I''m not eating properly, I know - I suddenly remembered Sunday evening I''d had nothing to each since Saturday lunchtime. I''ve got a bottle of that nasty tonic stuff - how can I hope to keep going when my body wants to shut down. When I feel at my lowest I imagine my worst enemy (that would be OW right now) standing across from me looking down her nose at me in my grief ... I pull my shoulders up, lift my head high, put some attitude in my walk because I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF.

Don''t know if that is any help to you, though - just offering a hand-hold.
