Feeling blue today. Bored, tired and weary, feeling physically drained. Too much time to think. Missing him. I''m missing the physical closeness, sex, hugs, affection. I''ve got the whole of the bed but I still wake up on my side,... for a moment this morning I forgot he wasn''t there.
I''m missing laughter,...can''t remember the last time I really properly laughed, he made me laugh all the time.
I need the sun to come out and give me a pick-me-up.
Hi Sunshine. John is right. Life will bring what you desire in time. But time usually needs a little help. This help is usually in the form of grieving. These feelings you have are normal. You are grieving for your loss just as you would if someone had died that you were close to. Carry on grieving in the same way that you are. You are doing fine.
If it helps, go and see your doctor for some help. It could be in the form of a talking therapy like counselling or a chemical therapy like AD''s. All can help you. You just have to select the right tool for you with your health professional.
How long this process can take, no one can say. We are all different and we all have different issues to deal with. Hope this helps. C.
