If it helps, I didn''t get too upset with myself if I ate too much for a while. Sorted out my head then the rest followed naturally.

Just do what you can, make sure most of all you are kind to yourself. Things tend to sort themselves out over time.

Marshy, you sound so balanced. It''s great! I just thank god that no matter how hard it is for me now at least I am still not living with my ex who pretends to the world he is fantastic. I am real and true which is more than can be said for him. I would only ever want to be me! What goes around, comes around, in subtle way sometimes and like a sledgehammer in the face in other ways!!
