I hate Summer! I don''t know if there''s a Scrooge-like character for people who hate Summer, but if there is, that''s me.

Sweat, smelly buses, hayfever, sunburn etc. Bah Humbug!

QPRanger I understand where you''re coming from, it''s completely disheartening when things take so long.

I can promise you that there will come a time when you wake up and realise that you''re happier. For some people it happens gradually, and for some it happens suddenly as a bit of moment of clarity. It will come for you too.

Perhaps you should consider finding something to occupy yourself? The gym is one option, though I know it''s such a hard task when you''re not motivated. I found that exercise is addictive (plus if you get serious about it, you''ll find that you''re motivated to drop the smoking and drinking anyway). Hobbies are important, if you can find some way to take yourself away from it all then you''ll feel a bit better.

Keep faith, it cannot go on for ever, things will be resolved one way or another in the end.
