I was at my local library yesterday coz needed to get a copy of email my Sol. sent me. & to sign before she could progress any further.

She has been lovely incidently.
Another true GODSEND.
But I digress.


At library, I got talking to the 2 librarians &&&& other ladies....

It turns out that there is "always a silver lining in every cloud.."
if I''ve got my saying right...

There are a large number of us ladies out there....All going thru the horror/disbelief/fear oh I could go on for ages....

ANYWAY.

We have now decided that we will all meet up, Mon. Tue for a good old chin wag.

I''ll provide the cake. Others, the tea/coffee/tissues....

God, I have felt so alone, so isolated.

My daughter is coming home this W/E
any time now infact.

She had planned to come this W/E with her new boyfriend (quite serious from all accounts) for him to meet her Dad....

I''ve already met him, & he''s a sweetheart.
Just what my daughter needs right now. What,with whats going on with her Dad & me right now....


Any way, I''ve promised her for years that we will go indoor Rock Climbing...
Me being the coward I am have put it off & put it off...

This is the dawning of the new me....
WELL ACTUALLY NOT....

This is me reverting back to the person I was before her met her Dad.

A fun loving, socialising person.
Who, when I was Nurse Training in the Armed Forces, none of us would think anything of finishing a Late Shift partying all night, then, to late to go to bed, would all sit up together to start the Early Shift 07.30hr.

By they were the days.....

Hopefully I can be this person again....
Albeit a much older one .....


He, loved to go to his bed by 22.00hrs 24.00hrs if we were not doing anything else.

I got into that habit to....

Became a boring old fart... BUT

Underneath, there was the real me fighting to get out.......

WELL hey. The time has arrived.
