I have no great advice, the manipulation is vicious. Keep your eye on the end result, on what you will achieve, which is you and your boys, together, at peace. How, and where, not sure, but you will. You already have taken the hardest step, to recognise he has no space in your life. Do not focus on what the is doing, but on what you can do.
