How the Hell do I get the Ex out my head eh .

Why? Do I allow her so much headroom .
I have been working in Manchester this week . As I wander around the place it''s . We dined there, had a coffee there, shopped there rowed there ......yeah you get my drift .
I want her out my head . Doesn''t belong there . No right to be there . Yet she''s like a leach sucking the life outta me . Making me feel kinda sad .,

I went away at the weekend , buried a few ghost. For some uncanny , reason I can''t bury her .
I want to move on get on with my life . Stand up strong .

I''ve told her to jog on when thought hits me . She just bounces right back in there . Totally distracting me from my task . She''s a tough one to crack that''s for sure .

Evening

Add some horns and al long tail for her. You then might get her out of your head.

Devil may care eh lol

One thing for sure . I don''t want her back in my life . Just out of my head .

All I want is to forgive and forget her . Then begin my new life .

I understand I find it difficult to get my OH out of my head too. I just hate the way that he has treated me but it is what it is.

At least the wheels are turning now even if it is slowly.

All good things come to those who wait etc...

Take care

Hi I am the same.

Def don''t want ex back, no way, but he''s still there swimming around in my head.

If you have been with someone a long time, it is impossible to just remove all the memories, good or bad. You just have to learn to live with them.

Easier said than done...... but when I think how far I have come and what I have achieved since ex left, the memories just get pushed a little further to the back of my mind.

Hopefully one day they will be so far back they will not affect me. You will be ok, just hold onto that.

Take care xxx

Forgiveness leads to enlightment, if you never forgive you can never move on, never ever. You will stay in a huge amount of pain.

Declan - you have saved me from very dark bits and you did it so well, so very very well.

Keep looking and thinking at forgiveness.... it is more powerful than any other emotion
