Eagle1977,

I''m very sorry you are feeling so low.

I suggest that you make an appointment tomorrow to see your GP and have a chat with him/her about how you are feeling. Doctors don''t always dish out pills for depression, there are other things available too - support groups, counselling, exercise programmes, etc etc.

If you need to speak to someone before then, I suggest you contact the Samaritans on 08457 90 90 90 - they will listen, not judge and focus on how you are feeling.

Please try to eat a little something today - a slice of toast is often a good start to beginning eating again.

While the Wikivorce community are able to offer some level of support, we are not a counselling service, and many of our members will be feeling vulnerable themselves, so by urging you to call the Samaritans now is the best way Wikivorce can support you. This post has more information about other organisations and agencies which may be of some help to you.

Take Care

Ruth
