You do nothing. As Mrs. M says you have to grin and bear it.
There may be an upside. I see it all the time and you can spot a family group with a new father a mile away.
How.
He will be crawling on his hands and knees trying to make a good impression. Its kinda slimey.
One day he will make a mistake. Maybe a tiny one.
My x''s lover laughed when my daughter showed her rabbit. He said ok lets bar b que it.
Ever since that day she will have nothing to do with him and that included banning him from her wedding.

Thanks wiki''s

I''m feeling better now it was just a shock I thought she would wait a bit first but as you said I can''t do f all about it on a good note it gave me the guts to tell her no more contact from today onwards I''ve deleted her as a contact on all my media and accounts and deleted my photo''s of her from Facebook so no more login on and seeing our wedding photo''s or parties we''ve been to together.

I''m not expecting it to be easy but I don''t want anything to do with her now.

I wish more women wanted to be "just friends" with me.
The old chap would be getting a lot of exercise.
All the best

why is it daytime I remember the times I forgave her drunken kisses and bits with other girls an guys (over 18 years there has been a few) but night time all I seem to remember is the good times and think about her with OG?
Its so infuriating every night same knots in the stomach, sleepless nights and when I do sleep it for 4 hrs tops

Ever tried knocking on a house door knowing that nobody is in ? Ever answered a phone knowing who is going to be on the other end?
Similar feelings when the house is empty at night.
I always remember that we always travelled by car together and the first few times I went out at night it felt empty driving by myself.
It was the same when a friend suggested that it was easy to sit in a cafe or walk into a pub by myself. I was horrified by those ideas but you get used to them.
Now when I think of her with the other guy I just think he has all the f''in problems now and as he is a wimp I bet he puts up with the cr*p. So he has to worry about her cheating not me !!!

I know exactly how you feel.

I found out last week that my husband had been having an affair. We split 7.5 weeks ago. We only moved house in July and I''m pretty sure it was going on before then. He''s fu£&?d off, leaving behind all his responsibilities. He''s washed his hands of me and there isn''t an ounce of respect left for me.

I''m stuck in a large house that needs a lot of work, struggling to get through the hours, never mind days.

I started divorce proceedings 2 weeks ago. Although it was good to get some control over the situation, I am still really struggling to cope.

The betrayal is horrendous and the emotional pain excruciating. Thankfully my parents are coming and going, otherwise I don''t know how I would cope.

Keep fighting. Focus on getting through an hour at a time if a full day is too much to think about. Play uplifting music and speak to friends and family regularly.
