Hi
I just feel like venting a bit . I must be on one of those one step back days because I am feeling a tad low this morning . In fact it''s been hanging around a while . Can''t seem to shake it off everything seems an effort .

I''m two half years down the line Absolute done . Just sorting some financial matters out and I''ve put FMH on market .
My mojo has gone . Feel I can''t be bothered although I know I have to keep pushing .

Anyone else experienced this feeling of sadness later on down the line ?

Yep I have experienced this- I even named it as post divorce fatigue!
I think that we all reach a tipping point and feel overloaded with the stress and sadness caused by divorce fall-out- it doesn''t help at this time of year that we are surrounded by Happy Christmas family overload- bombarded at us through all kinds of media...it''s enough to make anyone feel depressed!
No magic solution I''m afraid- just remember to do something nice for yourself each day and take pleasure in the little positive things that happen.
Onwards and upwards!:)

We all have step back days,I suppose we always will.Although who is to say we would not have had those days if all this had not happened:dry:

If we are all honest with ourselves,we had those off days before, now it''s easier to blame it on the circumstances we now find ourselves in,easier to sit the blame at that door.Yes it is,because if we do not,we have to question ourselves why we are having an off day,and basically we don''t want to do that,it makes us think too much..

Everyone has them, divorced, single, the happy people they all have them,it''s the natural cycle of life..As someone calls me"An exocet missile arriving"mostly I am that smiling, chatty person, but some see the other person, the one who does wear a mask occasionally, but when I am down,I cannot blame Twonk for it,it''s up to me to shake off those blues.
A lot of it is to do with the time of year, cold miserable and the dark nights, and of course the Xmas word, that is the word that puts fear into some, just the thought of it...
With Xmas there comes a New Year, the time for new beginnings, fresh hope, new shoots etc...
Also a time to say goodbye to the last year, the pain that we felt at times...

Declan, your doing okay, yes you have blips, but I know that your doing the best that you can.One thing you have learned is to utilise some of the tools in your toolbox, although you struggle with them,it has to be done..

All will be well at some point.
