Unbelievable, yes mine has been on going since 2013.I just want to get on with my life as it eventually wears you down.I have self repped 5 times but for the Final Hearing this time I am using a barrister in the hope of bringing it to an end.

Direct access barrister? How are you finding this. I've used a direct access barrister and have a final hearing in a few weeks time. Busy getting all the papers in order for him.
I think my barrister did help me avoid delaying tactics from my STBX.
Good luck for your FH!

Difficult to say really, all will depend on the outcome of the Final Hearing as to whether it was worth the expense and money well spent.
