interesting to know how much the court takes into consideration depression, as this divorce is taking a lot out of me, it has been going on for 14 months and now after the FDR in April we still have not been able to agree, my earning capacity has declined due to time taking of from work due to depression a reduced hours, thus causing hardship as well "Stepchange" have been wonderful credit report tarnished for the next 6 years;
All over whether i think that an inherited house left for me by my late mother before i met my wife and used to leverage and buy two other investment properties should be "ringfenced" she wants to use it as a part of the pot take the two properties and leave me with a once interest only property with 80k debt now with an interest property with a 250k debt all because the law says she can, will justice prevail as the final hearing three children involved 15, 18 and 19
