Tumble driers also good for drying lettuce. :P

I did watch a programme once where someone cooked their whole meal in the dishwasher to save a few pennies. Steamed veg and fish I think it was. :unsure:

Mmmm cant see how that can work, dishwashers are notorious energy gobblers.:dry:

Apparently using a dishwasher once a day is far more economical than washing up three times a day, and also uses less energy as you need to heat less water. Don't know if this is true or not.

The food was well wrapped in foil and put in the top level along with all the dishes.

Not sure if I fancy doing this myself tho. I suppose you could go the whole hog and throw your smalls in as well :laugh:

I saw that - it was a salmon - think there's a dishwasher cookery book out there :unsure:
