hi
i am confused, please help with these sections of divorce petition D8.
This is an amicable divorce.
(6) I have seperated 4 yrs ago and soon got pregnant with some one else, i am confused as to whether i should include this child on my divorce form. She was born while I was still married but irretrievably seperated.
(3) We got married in london, but Husband now lives in france. i am still living here though.

yes.

On the Petition where it says "There are no children of the family now living except" you put the naems ofany children you and your husband have together. If you had none, delete the word 'except'

the next paragrapgh reads "no other child, now living, has been born to the Petitioner during the marriage except" - you would put your daughter's name and date of birth there, and put "who is not the respondent's child"
