Ive just answered the same question oddly enough,

Lots of people use the service because it is a solicitor managed service, most if not all other online services are not, its the main reason i used the wiki service for my divorce and Consent Order.

You pay the fixed price and that is all you pay and it takes 12-16 on average but it does depend on how quick you respond to the solicitor and how busy the court is, start to finish it took around 16 weeks for my divorce, i had no complaints, when i called they answered when i emailed they replied very quickly.
