Hi...

I''m a female 37 years of age, staying in strand western cape,south africa.

Me and my husband are together for 16years, married for 3years out of community of service, I''m unemployed and have been so for the last 6years due to the fact that he doesn''t want me to work, as he can "support" me financially, he work abroad for 2months at a time and is home for 2/3weeks, emotionally and sexually he is unavailable, havn''t had sex in the last 4years, staying in the same house, but separate rooms, he have massive debt as well as 2 vehicles, mostly the debt is on my name as he was blacklisted and I had to make it on my name, though I''m unemployed, he earns a estimate of R100 000-R180 000per month, and I have to ask he''s permission to use money doesn''t matter of which amount, we don''t have any children, but I want to divorce him, what do I do about the debt can I summons him for maintance for with holding me of starting a career and gaining excperiance in any field, I''m also not aloud to go out and meet friends or people, as I must be home all the time to keep the household together and take care of the animals.... What is the best way to go to work?
