What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

I did not sign out recently, just minimised it.because Hubby & son had just come in.I forgot all about it,& now I think my Hubby saw my User name.
I am now worried that he will be able to get on to Wilkivorce and read what I have written.
My question is, Can I change my Username?

Hey,

If you go to the top right of the screen there''s ''update my user profile'', go into it & you should see a tab with ''username'', click on that & you should see the top box with your name in it, click in that & you can change your name. Don''t forget to click ''update'' at the bottom.
I''d also change your password & delete all your previous posts just to be on the safe side if you really don''t want your hubby to know what you''ve written.
Hope this helps :)

Click on my Wikivorce'' tab top right, this takes you to your profile, you should see a list of all your posts under your profile picture. At the bottom of this list is ''unsubscribe from all'', tick this box.
Whilst i dont think you can''t delete any comments you''ve written you can get rid of the list of posts you''ve been reading.

Hope this helps! :)
