Hi, Ex husband is taking me to court for finances, we were due to go to court for the FDA hearing when the pandemic happened and we were ordered to create a Sealed Order which was done and he was instructed to respond to my questionnaire and supply the missing information nearly 2 weeks ago.

Today I chased my solicitor only to find that they haven't received the answers nor have grey chased them!

If it's a court order surely he has to supply the information by the agreed date? If not then what are the consequences? He would seem he can do what he wants are their appear to be no consequences for his behaviour
