Can my mine Mobility Benefits be shared in the divorce settlement.

Also can Unemployability Supplement be shared in the divorce.

Non means tested benefits to support someone with a disability or other health issue are needs based. As a result the amounts are seen as covering the additional financial needs that result from disability or ill health. They are not an asset or income to be counted in any settlement.
