I have applied for, and been granted a non-disclosed occupation order. That is, on filling and filing the forms I selected and made statement to support that the order should be made and served without my "husband" being aware, due to the nature of his alcoholism and behaviour (evidenced).
I filed on Sunday evening, it was heard yesterday and provided to me today - with requests for some further info to allow the order to be served to my "husband".
My question is - what do I expect to happen next wednesday? The hearing is listed as 45 minutes, and my husband has the opportunity to submit a response 48 hours in advance (i'm guessing his solicitors will request an adjournment, or he will roll over and actually accept this and behave?).
I filed the order on the advice of a solicitor (I took a free hour to go through very quickly the situation, and my options), but I have filed this myself without any representation - so I really don't have anyone to ask.
