Hi all I've had 1 cvp call I'm about to have my second cvp where it all starts,I'm self repping have done all along as we are fighting for peanuts, my wife has a solicitor and barrister to hand,done a position statement,her solicitor has done a bundle do I have to agree to this before it's sent off to courts,as last one was all incorrect,and in the meeting do I need to have an opening statement ?,do I cross examine her barrister or does my ex wife have to answer my questions and do I have to have a closing statement,what sort of information goes into an opening/closing statement thanks in advance
