Yep like my picture says I'm a nurse
I manage staff in the community who work with children and their families. Health Visitors Nursery Nurses and School Health Nurses.
Working has kept my head together (and a roof over it) I'm lucky I love my job and my staff and collegues have been a great support.
I often get GP's and LHB's (PCT's) ranting at me but it takes my mind off life!
hi to everyone, i have been in army since i was 16yrs, i am a warrant officier, catering corps my 22 yrs are up next year and i am looking for a job, eg, catering manager, as my soon to be ex will take all ive got, my son and i are thinking about emergrating to australia next year when he is 18yrs, as finding jobs is quite difficult, i wish i had studied law that seems to be where the money is, do you think its too late to re , ha ha
I work in HR. Its great. I do all the great things - interview and give jobs! look after my maternity ladies, write people's contracts, rise letters. I am currently finishing my CIPD studies and have recently written my first policy which was published last week!
I am very proud that I have managed to do this whilst going through the heart ache of a cheating husband. Its hard at work trying to deal with others problems (and there are many!) when I have been having such a tough time at home. I have spent nights trawling round the streets looking for my husband only to have to get up and got to work the next day and be nice to my new starters!
Im not working at present, due to a long term illness
But have had a mixture of jobs in the past, both paid and voluntary.
Lab Assistant in a whisky Lab
Optical Dispensing Assistant
Politcal speech writer
hotel manager (not as grand as it sounds!)
I have a keen interest in photography, so hope to take a course in the near future, and see what happens after that - but I do know that I wont be a wedding photographer
