What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Earlier in the year I read a number of articles with comments like;- the claim she (Hilary Clinton) looked like "everyone's (sic) first wife", timesonline.typepad.com/comment/2008/06/...ry-cli.html#comments .

As I've only had one wife, who I am sure is quite unique, I am unable to characterise a difference between 1st and subsequent wives. What is meant by this observation?

And, as I'm sure that there will be some ladies reading this, is there a person or character who represents "everyones first husband"? (I would nominate Gordon Brown, but what do I know!).

Have fun - Kalamari:lol:

Mine has as much charisma as David Brent. And as much grip on reality.

Thomas Wolfe referred in " Bonfire of the Vanities" to the NY first wifes as "hig society ex-rays..sharp, mature in spirit, determined.. the one you build an empire with
the second wife he called lemon tarts.. the one to spend the empire with..
However the writer made a mistake.. with Hillary Clinton he should refer to former Wannabe-King now Ex-crownprince
