What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

you know who you are and I know it is too late but if it was my decision there would be a number of people on here that I would like to nominate for some recognition of their services to us going through a difficult time.

It is those among us who always have some guidance sometimes we don''t want to hear but need too!!

Can I say a big public thank you to you all with your knowledge and your words of wisdom. Without your time spent helping us I am sure that some of us would not be here.
