Hi raybird,

My neighbour left his same make i phone in his uniform & it went through a full cycle in the washing machine!

He dried it off, took apart as much as possible and put it in the oven with just the fan on, (no heat) for 2 hrs. He then left it to dry naturally for 36hrs and it is fully working again.

However if there was sugar in the tea, comps hate sugar, it might not work.

Good luck,

NWTT

Raybird,
It''s gone!
Insurance job.

The on;y thing I can think of is take the battery out and soak it in paraffin overnight.

Don''t let it dry out in the shed.

If it''s still dead after drying, remove the battery and rinse well with clean water then dry again.

Would have to be distilled water.
The oygen in tap water will eat away at the solder joints and the unit will fail again in a few days unless you are very lucky.
