Took a small step forward on my long journey today. Only been separated about 6 weeks so early days. The past 3 weeks I haven''t
been able to do anything just had been feeling drained . So today spurred on by posts on here I have just cleared out the bedroom and moved the furniture around, put on lbc radio and listened to the chat show to give my mind something else to think about also.

Thanks for the tip Wiki friends.

Stay Strong.
