What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

Do you need help sorting out a fair financial settlement?

Our consultant service offers expert advice and support to help you reach agreement on a fair financial settlement quickly, and for less than a quarter of the cost of using a traditional high street solicitor.

Eliza,

Never put yourself down, your "something positive" post has made many smile and given us all an outlet that makes us feel safe to share what we would have kept to ourselves.

Well done for even doing a selfie, I wouldn''t do it for anything.

Your stronger than you think and your posts show how beautiful you are inside.

Take care,

NWTT XX

Well I''m definitely not a young skinny green princess with lots of red hair. Our children originally chose my avatar because they said I''m not how I first appear to others, I am less than half the size I once was, independent and I''m not afraid of engaging in combat. Apparently sometimes I change into an ogress.

The only similarity between myself and my pic is that I once owned a red dress!! As to my name think that is self explanatory!
