Another challenge target completed today 10km in 58.50 feeling chuffed...

Great time. Under that magic hour. What sort of time are you looking at for your half? And don''t say it doesn''t matter, as a fellow runner I know that it does!

Hi Wyspecial

Have put down 2.5hours, we will see. Only took up running in May so I''m chuffed with my time today.

I will be setting a challenge to complete the half too, time is not of the essence but......

Lol. Time is never of the essence until AFTER the race!

Your 10k time suggests you should be nearer to 2 or 2:15 than 2:30. Good luck and don''t forget to update us.

By which time you will have booked for the full 26.2 miles........

Why not book it for 2015? If you do an autumn marathon and start training in January you have got ten months which is more than enough.

You could do a half in May as part of your training there are loads on then.

Enjoy!
