hiya, does anyone know anything about the fee assessment process, if you disagree with a fees demand is it possible to get an independent assessment done, thanks in advance:unsure: :unsure:

Are you talking about court fee remission?, if so you can appeal but their decision is final, I think it''s completed by the legal services commission.
