I have my Decree Nisi, can I apply for my Decree Absolute before I've gone to court and sorted out my financial order?

You could, but it is far better to sort out the finances prior to applying for the Absolute. IS there a need to have the Absolute sooner?

There is no need to apply - we are at the stages of going to court and I thought it maybe best to apply then it's one less thing - but I can wait
