It depends which sort - general purpose cheddar or a nice piece of stinky stilton with some hovis digestives? I go for the latter but not as often as I used to due as it's not the same without a bottle of port to hand :-)

I loooove the stuff!! :laugh:However I'm not supposed to eat it as am allergic. :(I do still have it from time to time though, just have to suffer the next day.

I love strong cheeses like Stilton or a really stinky cheddar, not too fond of the really tasteless stuff. It has to be vegetarian (no calf stomach for me ta!) and absolutely not Stinking Bishop (smells like cat poo!) Other than that, I'll have it ALL!!! ;)

A cheese board filled with various types,
a selection of crackers and digestive biscuits, a nice bottle of wine, some grapes and preferably company!
