Hmmmmmmmmmmmm cheese!

Mild cheddar grated liberally over a pasta with tomato sauce, yeah Baby.

On toast, with a few drops of HP sauce, oh Baby.

Bousin with garlic,on Carrs water biscuits, hmm, oh Baby.

Stilton, on Carrs water biscuits, with a large, and I mean large glass of claret, ooh nice.

What about cheese with cranberries, oh yeah.

Goats cheese, nice, especially on the side with grilled cumberland sausages and mashed potatoes.

You just cannot beat cheese.

I love cooking actually, seems a shame that I cannot inspire myself to do more really, as I kind of miss it. Most of my dishes that I do cook are family-sized...

I also think buying grated cheddar is something of a con, but an indulgence I sometimes relent to; and as I am now adept at visiting more than one supermarket for various things, I've discovered Aldi do a reasonable sized grated mature for £1.99 which I buy if cooking with cheese to save time. It's strong so don't need as much.

Jeez, how my life has changed finding a pack of grated cheese an indulgence!

Well I know what Wallace and Grommit would do. I would fly to the moon and back if you'll be my cheesy baby, yeah!

Parmesan freshly (!) grated over anything and lightly grilled to a crispy top - mmm, mmm, mmm!!!
