Hi TRI

All what I can say to you and hope it will be of any help that know body know about him more than you and if you feel not confortable to work things with him directly do not do that and follow your gut and instinct they are gidance to how you feel is better for you. Put in mind also that he is maybe doing things in a way which look irrational to you because it is just manipulation and geting control . I am not sure of that but I thing you have to put that into concideration.
