After 20 years together and 14 years of marrage, my husband had an affair last year and we have now separated. As a result of this I can no longer work at our joint Company, I can not live in the house as it is next door to the business. How do I get a fair valuation of the business and am I entitled to compensation for the fact that I have in effect lost my job.I do not want him back and I only want what I am entitled to. The business is his forte so I do not feel I couldn''t run it. I feel I have lost my secure future but I know I will be ok. Any advice would be welcome
