The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

I''m just not sure anymore..........I joined wiki a few years ago and the site has been great. When I joined the chat rooms used to be massive. Any time of day you could go in and chat, moan, get advise and there would always be a good half dozen in there. Sometimes I would go in and watch all the banter and flirting but noticed that as soon as I spoke up and asked for help it would be all eyes on you and everybody would stop their conversation and help.

Then a couple of years ago they went down and they have never been the same since.

Three times today I have entered the chat room and said hello to whomever was sat in there by themselves and each and every one of them have not said a word and left me in there.

Starting to get a complex.......

Vivi - pop into the chatroom just now, and we can test to make sure its not a techy issue?

I don''t use the chatroom very often these days, but have always found it to be a warm and welcoming environment. I''m quite sure that it''s nothing personal when you were in. Sometimes people don''t log out correctly, so it looks like they are in, but they aren''t - just still logged in (if that makes sense?).

Hi Vivi,

I use the chat room quite frequently and it tends to be at its busiest around 9pmish.

I''ve only just joined and I have noticed that the chat appears empty during the day and only fills up at night-time. I suspect the pressures of real life prevent people being there during a weekday.
