Hi all,
I''ve been living apart from my husband for 4 and a half years, been trying to avoid a legal battle but trying is the operative word here, he consistently blows hot then cold with regard to signing the papers, so here for some general and legal advice basically.
Thanks in advance.

If you have been separated for five years you can file for a divorce without needing his consent. Is it worth waiting another 6 months?
