my mistake re did not realize twas a Humour thread ...new to this and that.

In respect of what constitutes abuse...Check out what is considered in law as abuse on police and crime sites.

Ironically two things ...through official domestic violence training to management level I know what constitutes as abuse.

The training taught me I was abused...when I did the training my husband spent two weeks waving the documents in front of me telling me the police were lying when I came home from work, the abuse and it escalating cycles continued.

Yes I was assaulted, but never beaten badly...more pinned down or against stuff threatened for hours at a time ..usually in the middle of the night ...or ironically in front of strangers.
but at the other end of the scale writing something detrimental which others will see is in the bullying, harassment and stalking catorgories
