Yep, my wife and I have been separated 7 year, she has cohabited for 5 and got engaged in 2014(she denied) owns a caravan (she denied) asked for her dad to be a Mackenzie friend( judge denied) been claiming benefits roughlyy 50 k over 5 years was warned by the judge she needs legal advice regarding this. Judge says can you prove all this I reply yes I have 200 screenshots from Facebook, judge says produce them at the FDR. And she needs to produce her partners salary all money from a car she sold 3 weeks ago. Basically she lied through her teeth and was found out. Cue the tears -

Woohoo! High five my friend.B)

It's rather pleasing when people who think they can lie through their teeth get caught out and pulled up on it. I bet you're almost looking forward to the FDR now lol.

I expect the Judges have seen the tears all too often - especially when the weeping party's lies have just been found out.

Did you self rep?

Give yourself a well deserved pat on the back!

All I'm saying is honesty in form E will pay dividends because judges are not stupid and have seen it all. I have been trying to take control of my own life for 7 years. I should have done this a long time ago.

Yes I self repped, must admit I got a telling off for some of my questions, knew I would the judge said save them for the final hearing. Just wanted her to know what I know.
Worked an absolute treat.
Not over yet far from it, but just be honest I apologised to the judge and that was that.
