The pension wasm private pension and she took the whole lot so my husband has just informed me. It was moved from his pension company to Scottish Widows
My arguement regarding my income is that it is not relevant. It is my money and compared to what my husband earns, is peanuts. I feel it is private and i dont want her to know my business. The judge has to order this if they want it to be declared and i will do so if necessary.

She's probably just as unhappy about you knowing the details of her finances.
I can only say that my ex-husband's cohabitant's income was disclosed voluntarily to the court in form E.
