What are we each entitled to in our divorce settlement?

What does the law say about how to split the house, how to share pensions and other assets, and how much maintenance is payable.

What steps can we take to reach a fair agreement?

The four basic steps to reaching an agreement on divorce finances are: disclosure, getting advice, negotiating and implementing a Consent Order.

What is a Consent Order and why do we need one?

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that finalises a divorcing couple's agreement on property, pensions and other assets.

LOL JAY, very funny I like it! But I also know its probably true! Well we could always start a sort of Christmas club, or divorce club.
Couple of quid every week put by for a weekend away?

O I dunno just want everyone to get a lift and moral support I suppose.
Come on any other ideas anyone?

Louise:)

Chris, just thought if it was a mixed divorce party the men should only pay 30% of the bar tab as the women will have a larger purse string.

Just decided on the luxury F&F package for my 2 bed apartment :)
