My husband left our home to live elsewhere,he does not pay me any money,he now has stopped paying the bills,he has thad sky t.v switched off and the telephone,we are not even legally separated,can he do this?

You really only have two options.

1) Talk to him to make him see sense and start providing you with enough to live on.

2) Begin divorce proceedings and apply to the court for interim maintenance. The full process to get divorced and agree a financial settlement will likely take a long while (judging by your husbands behaviour and likely non-cooperation). So the interim maintenance order is a way for the court to order him to pay you money in the meantime whilst the divorce proceeds.
